Q: How soon can I expect to receive my purchase?
A: Purchases will be shipped out to you within 1 to 2 business days. If you selected priority mail, you can expect to receive your purchase with in 3 to 8 days. If you selected UPS, a tracking number will be included in the confirmation email when your order ships.

Q: When will my credit card be charged?
A: Credit cards are processed when you place your order.

Q: I am a Tax Exempt PA Farmer. How do I avoid paying sales tax?
A: If you have a sales tax exempt license or are a PA farmer, please email or call 866-969-8883. We will email or fax you the PA Sales Tax Exempt form. After we receive the form back, we will refund the sales tax to your credit card or PayPal account.
